He was previously a Regional Director in the corporate world with a large estate agency group, but too much time spent in meetings (discussing previous meetings) put him on the path to setting up business with fellow Director Chris Page and returning to what he enjoyed the most , dealing with clients. To say Paul focuses on client service is putting it mildly. His passion for making sure his team provide excellent results for their clients is legendary within Hodders . After all, he knows that if his team get people moved successfully, they are clients for the future. Outside of work Paul is a father of two and keen football fan, following Palace and England wherever their matches take them.

As photos will testify he also has a particular love for good food, fine wine and a decent pint (in moderation of course).

He loved the business from day one, unfortunately, he doesn’t have much hair left and the suit doesn’t fit but the passion to make a difference has remained unchanged! He worked for several independent agents before joining Townends in 2005 where he rose to become the operations director of the group. In 2006 together with Paul Rodgers, they decided to leave corporate life and take over hodders in Chertsey where they have built up a market-leading brand with four local offices and a very active Land & New Homes Division. He loves seeing developments from the early stages of planning to key handovers and piecing together complex land transactions, where most of his time within hodders is now focused.

Outside of work Chris loves going to see his beloved Fulham football club with his father and son, riding his motorbike, and planning the next trip away with the family.
